Acknowledgement and acceptance of terms and conditions - By accessing, using or browsing the Hugs N Kisses website you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by its terms.

Delivery information  - Hugs n Kisses can deliver your orders Australia Wide. Please allow 7 working days for delivery depending on the region that your delivery is being sent. Sydney metropolitan area can be delivered within 3 days depending on stock availability.  

Please ensure that you enter all your delivery details precisely, as an errors or omissions can cause delays or undeliverable items. Such instances will incur a re-delivery fee. In the unfortunate circumstance of your good being damaged or destroyed in transit please contact us to arrange the return and replacement of the goods.  

In the instance that the product is no longer available, Hugs n Kisses reserves the right to substitute the item for a product of equal value and quality.  

Substitution  Hugs N Kisses reserves the right to substitute products that are unavailable or out of stock. In this instance we guarantee that the replacement will be an appropriate alternative of equal value and quality.

Liability
Any liability of Hugs N Kisses in connection with goods or services supplied to you shall be limited to:

  1. In relation to goods; the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and

  2. in relation to services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services provided again.

  1. All prices on this site are shown in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax [GST].

  2. Hugs N Kisses reserves the right to alter prices and offers without prior notice.

  3. All orders made through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Hugs N Kisses.

  4. Hugs N Kisses reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to the un-availability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions.

  5. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be assumed by Hugs N Kisses to be authorised to do so. This includes but is not limited to, a hotel or hospital reception or office secretary signing for receipt of delivery at the specified address.

  6. Hugs N Kisses will not despatch goods until payment has been made in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

  7. All order and delivery information should be provided to us with care and accurately. Hugs N Kisses reserves the right to pass additional delivery charges on to you should re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery details.

  8. Hugs N Kisses is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use of misuse of products sold on this site.

 
 
 

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods - Your satisfaction and happiness are our no one priority. With a large percentage of our customers generated from word of mouth, we want you to be happy so that you can pass on our name to your friends, family and colleagues. If there is any reason for you not being totally satisfied and happy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to provide you with an alternative. In the event that you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description on our website we will gladly arrange a replacement (subject to availability) once we receive the returned product from you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are returning to us is packaged and wrapped to avoid any further damage. 

Cancellation Policy   - by you - Once your order has been placed and paid for, there will be a 20% administration fee if you wish to cancel your order that is payable at the time of cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on 0415 695 257 during working hours. We are unable to cancel orders that have been prepared and are ready for dispatch. Freight and or postage charges are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy   - by us - Hugs N Kisses reserves the right at our soul discretion to not provide goods or services and/or cancel orders and will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of exercising these rights. 

Refund Policy   - In the event that you change your mind we are unable to refund on purchases, we can however exchange or offer you a credit note with Hugs N Kisses to the equivalent value. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.  

Dispute Policy - Any disputes or allegations of alleged discrepancies must be made within 24hrs of delivery by phone or in writing to our customer service department. Hugs N Kisses will investigate such allegations but reserves the right to be the final arbiter of any dispute. 

Privacy   - Hugs n Kisses takes your personal and credit card information seriously. Information provided by you to Hugs n Kisses will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and to ascertain customer satisfaction and for Hugs n Kisses marketing material.

We may disclose appropriate information to third parties, such as courier companies to assist us in the delivery of your goods.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list or make changes to your details please email us at sales@hugsnkisses.com.au and place the appropriate subject in the subject field. ie. Update details, or unsubscribe me.
